Run INF with Ieuinit

Ie4uinit will run the contents of the ieuinit.inf file in the current directory. Moving ieuinit to your current directory and adding a remote sct file inside the inf file will execute the contents of the sct file. The .INF file contains a UnRegisterOCXSection section which executes a .SCT file using scrobj.dll.
